This document provides instructions for importing an ASCII file posted on the
edTPA Score Reporting System into a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet.
1. Download the ASCII file by following the instructions on the Institution Score
Reporting System Web site.

2. Save the ASCII file to a specified folder on your computer.

What is the ASCII value of 5? To get the letter, character, sign or symbol "5": ( number five ) on computers with GNU/Linux like Ubuntu (only with GNOME desktop): 1) Press the key combination "CTRL + SHIFT + u" on your keyboard, and not let go. 2) While pressing "CTRL + SHIFT + u", type on the keypad "35", which is the hexadecimal value of the letter or symbol "5" in ASCII table.
