2.1 THE COMPANY
The Ntlemo's General Construction is a civil construction company trading under the registered
name The Ntlemo's General Constructions, Trading under Ntlemo Projects. Ntlemo Projects is
a South African based privately owned company that was established in February 2003 with the
goal of taking the current flagship in construction and growing it within the Southern Africa
region by providing the trust and quality that our customers have learnt to rely on. The company
inherently has 100% black managed and owned a status( BEE ) comprising of a black female
director ,Nuela Sithole, which she brings a complimentary expertise and experience to the
organization. The primary function of the company is to provide construction services to
developers, funding agents, and development organizations. Our management and staff have a
complimentary experience in project management, production management and site
supervision.
