Resetting Your Password

Step Action Visual
There are two options for resetting your Image
password: the first option is by using the
Forgot Password/Need help? link on the
DBHDD Applications page, and the second
option is by using the Update Info button on
the Manage Your Account page.
1 To reset your password from the DBHDD
Applications page, select the Forgot
Password/Need help? link.

2 On the Retrieve Password page, enter your
user name in the User Name field.
3 Select the Show Password Questions button
to display the questions you selected during
the account registration process in the
Password Question fields. Enter your
answers in the Answer fields.
4 Select the Go To Reset Password button.
5 The Change Password Form page will display
which will contain two fields: Enter New
Password and Confirm password. Enter
your new password in the Enter New
Password field and enter that same password
in the Confirm password field. Next, select
the Change Password button.

6 A notification message will display to let you
know that you have successfully changed your
password. Select the OK button to continue.
7 To reset your password from the Manage
Your Account page, select the Hello, your
username link on the Image Home page.

How to change your EA account password?Log in to that email address and find the security code email sent from us. Enter your security code in the EA Account settings verification window. Once set up, your secondary email will receive the same password reset instructions and confirmations when you reset your password as your primary email address.
