existing home, lease, or rental contract holding you back?
Your down payment, closing costs, and escrow deposit are liquid and available to withdraw or wire
transfer.
Your loan file has been fully approved by your lender and is only subject to a copy of your fully executed
contract (RPA) and the property appraisal.
You, and whoever you make decisions with, are available to go see the property and you are all in total
agreement on the type of property you are looking for.
Your agent has a copy of your wish list and everyone is ready to go see homes as they become available.
