Services The comprehensive SBHC provides age appropriate primary health, behavioral health, social health, and health education services. These services should comply with Louisiana's Early and Periodic Screening/Diagnosis and Treatment Program (EPSDT)* requirements.

Although OPH-ASHP has a policy that requires all SBHCs to obtain parental consent, there is a LA law that applies to all physicians who practice in Louisiana.
