The mortgagee must exercise reasonable diligence in prosecuting the foreclosure proceedings to completion. Notify the Department of the mortgagee's acquisition of title within 15 calendar days of the mortgagee's acquisition of good and marketable title to the property. Include a copy of the notice in the claim file.
